If of the debtor avoids from fulfilment of the obligations that are assigned to him by decision, the enforcement officer can apply to the court for the establishment of a temporary restriction on the debtor’s right to the departure from the territory - an individual or the head of the debtor - legal entity outside of Ukraine before fulfilling obligations due to decision or paying off debts due to decisions about recovering the periodic payments.

The enforcement officer, using an automated enforcement proceedings system, passes a copy of the court decision about the temporary restriction of an individual's right to the departure from the territory of Ukraine to the database of the authorized authority of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
The authorized authority of the State Border Service of Ukraine accepts it for enforcement and inserts the information into the database of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
