EDUCATION: In 2003 Maxim Seleznov graduated from Dnipropetrovsk National University with an educational and qualification level of "Specialist", specialty "Jurisprudence", qualification - lawyer.
In 2007 Maksym Seleznov graduated from Oles Honchar Dnipro National University with an educational and qualification level of "Master", specialty "Public Service", qualification - Master in Public Administration.
SCIENTIFIC DEGREE: In 2010, Maxim Seleznov was awarded the scientific degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences of the specialty "Criminal Law and Criminology; Penal Law" (Dnepropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine).
WORK EXPERIENCE AND PRACTICE: More than 19 years of enforcement action experience:
• from 2004 to 2013, Maxim Seleznov held the posts of state enforcement officer and of the main state enforcement officer of the unit, and then the department of enforcement of decisions of the regional authority of state enforcement service of the Dnipropetrovsk region;
• from 2013 to 2015 Maxim Seleznov held the position of chief state enforcement officer of the department of the enforcement of decisions of the State Enforcement Service of Ukraine;
• from 2015 to 2016, Maxim Seleznov held the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Compulsory Enforcement of Decisions of the Department of State Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
• from 2016 to 2017, Maxim Seleznov held the position of Deputy Head of the Main Territorial Administration of Justice of State Enforcement Service - Head of the Office of State Enforcement Service of the Main Territorial Administration of Justice in Zaporizhzhya Region;
• since 2017 to 2020 - Chairman of PEA ALTERNATIVA;
• from May 2019 to the present - private enforcement officer of the enforcement district of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

During the work period in the field of enforcement the enforcement of decisions of all categories and complexity were successfully done .

1. In particular, decisions where the debtors are:
• central and regional enforcement authorities;
• law enforcement agencies;
• other government authorities and their officials;
• large corporations, concerns, holding companies;
• banking and other financial institutions;
• business companies, enterprises, other legal entities of all forms of ownership.

2. Decisions about the debtors of various fields of the economy: industry, construction, agriculture, fuel and energy complex, financial activities, management, trade, services etc.

3. Decisions about recoverying of funds worth more than a million UAH.
ACHIEVEMENT: More than 3,700 enforcement documents have been fully completed.
Over 90% of enforcement proceedings is completed by actual execution.
More than 800 million UAH is actually recovered in favor of claimants.

HIGHEST REWARD: While working in government enforcement authority, Maxim Seleznov was awarded with the departmental incentive distinction - the insignia «Honor Badge of the State Enforcement Service of Ukraine».
