The enforcement officer recovers the debtor's income if the debtor does not have funds in accounts in banks or other financial institutions, if the debtor does not have or lacks property to cover the amounts in full, and also in the case of enforcement of decisions about recovering of periodic payments.

The enforcement officer can recover the debtor's income without applying enforcement measures of his property at the written request of the claiment or according to the enforcement documents, the amount of recovery which does not exceed five minimum wages.

Recovering can be levied on such debtor’s income:
• salary, pension, scholarship;
• types of awards, grants, additional charges prescribed by law;
• business income;
• income from farms, cooperatives, associations of citizens;
• all types of earnings received by lawyers for working of legal consultations;
• payment received for the lease of a land plot, etc.
