Forced seizure of property
The sale of the debtor's seized property (except of property withdrawn from circulation, limited-turnover property, and also other property defined by the law) is carried out by electronic bidding or at a fixed price.
Electronic bidding - the sale of property through the functionality of the central database of the electronic bidding system, according to which the participant becomes the owner, who offered the highest price during the bidding. Fixed price bidding is a method of selling seized property at the price that is fixed for a period of salling that does not provide its increasing during bidding, where the customer is the person who sent the application first and immediately paid the amount (price of the lot) indicated in the information message.
