The enforcement officer can involve police officers in carrying out enforcement actions.

Police officers are involved into ensure public safety and order, to prevent, combat criminal and administrative offenses, to take measures aimed at eliminating life and health threats of enforcement officers, individuals that are appeared during enforcement actions in the following cases:
• forced entry into the home or other possession of an individual;
• enforcement of the decision about searching of the debtor’s vehicle;
• forced debtor’s ejection;
• compulsory claiment’s settle;
• removal of obstacles in using of premises (housing).

The basis for attracting police officers to ensure public safety and order in the enforcement of court decisions and decisions of other authorities is a motivated decision of the enforcement officer.
So, in particular, if it is necessary to search the debtor’s vehicle, the enforcement officer makes a decision about the searching, which is binding for the police.
In case of detection of the debtor’s vehicle, declared by the enforcement officer as wanted, police officers carry out temporary detention of the vehicle.
Temporary detention of a vehicle is carried out by blocking with technical devices or delivering it for preservation to a special platform or a parking area using special vehicles - breakdown trucks.
