Forced entry into premises
In the presence of a reasoned court decision about forced entry into housing or other possession of an individual, the enforcement officer can freely enter to land plots, into residential and other premises of the debtor – individual, a person who has the property of the debtor or property and funds which belong to the debtor from other persons. The enforcement officer can inspect them, if necessary, force them to be opened in the prescribed manner with the involvement of police officers, seal such premises, arrest and remove the property which belongs to the debtor, where it is located and which can be recovered by law. Forced entry into land plots, into residential and other premises in connection with the enforcement of a court decision to eject a debtor and settle a claimant, and a decision of removing obstacles of using a premises (housing) is carried out on the basis of such a court decision.
Also, the enforcement officer can freely enter to land plots, premises, storage facilities, and other property of the debtor - legal entity, conduct their inspection, forcefully open and seal them. The enforcement officer can call individuals, officials in case of regarding enforcement documents in the enforcement proceedings. If the debtor doesn’t appear without a good reason at the call of the enforcement officer, the enforcement officer can appeal to the court for bringing him to court. The bringing to court consists of the compulsory escort of the debtor by the police to the place of the call at the fixed time.
