The enforcement officer makes a decision about imposition of a fine on the debtor in case of non-fulfillment of the decision without a good reason in fixed time period which binds the deptor to make certain actions and reinstatement decisions.

Perpetrators are liable in according to the law if they don’t fulfil the legal requirements of the enforcement officer, breach of the requirements of the law, including the untimely submission or non-submission of reports on deductions from wages and other income of the debtor, if they don’t give or give the false information about the income and property status of the debtor, don’t extend a declaration or fill the declaration with false information at the request of the enforcement officer, or if they don’t inform about the changing of such information, if the debtor doesn’t inform about the changing of the place of residence (staying) or location, or place of work (income), and also if the debtor does not appear in the court without a good reason when the enforcement officer summoned.

The enforcement officer makes an act of violation and applies to the preliminary investigation authorities with a report about the criminal offense, if there are signs of a criminal offense in the person's actions, which are intentionally obstacles of the enforcement decision or otherwise violate the requirements of the law about the enforcement proceedings.
