Checking of the property status of the debtor
During the enforcement of decisions, the enforcement officer has the right:
• direct access to the information about the debtors, their property, income and funds, including confidential information, which is contained in state databases and registers, including electronic ones; • receive information from banking and other financial institutions about the availability of accounts and / or the state of the debtor's accounts, the movement of funds and operations of the debtor's accounts, information about the debtor's agreements on the keeping of valuables or the providing the debtor with the property lease (rental) of an individual bank safe guarded by the bank; • free of charge receive explanations, information and other information necessary for carrying out enforcement actions, including confidential information from government authotities, enterprises, institutions, organizations regardless of ownership, officials and other participants of enforcement proceedings; • require from the debtor to grant a declaration of debtor’s income and property in the fixed form; • to check the debtor's property status at his place of residence (staying) or location, etc.
